RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

 
 

We want you to be happy with your purchase at The Amazema Edit, so if something isn’t right here are our policies when it comes to returns, refunds and shipping when shopping with us.

 

Returns

We are happy to exchange your item if returned to us within 14 days of your purchase.

Items must be in as new condition.

Return Shipping and Sending of replacement item is at the cost of the customer.

Please note there are no returns, exchanges or Refunds on Furniture, Framed Prints or Artworks, unless deemed faulty or damaged in transit.


refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

We offer a Store Credit Note to the value of your returned item, valid for 6 months should you not wish to exchange your item.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of your purchase.

Credit Notes can be used towards the cost of design services if an item in store can not be found within the 6 month period.

shipping

Return Shipping costs are at the Customers Expense.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

All Return Requests must be emailed to shop@amazema.com with reason for return and approved by Amazema before you ship the item back to us.
